Dear Neighbors:
When I considered running for election in Assembly District 21, it was important to me that I have the endorsement of the retiring incumbent, Bob Seale. He has served Nevada well, and I hold the utmost respect for him. His endorsement means that he believes that I am the right person to fill his seat in the Nevada Legislature.
It was also important for me to meet with the members of the Republican Assembly Caucus Leadership in order to discuss my reasons for running. After these meetings, I received the endorsement of the retiring Republican Minority Leader, Assemblyman Lynn Hettrick, and the Assistant Republican Minority Leader, Assemblyman Garn Mabey. Their endorsements have given me reassurance that I am the type of person that Republicans in leadership positions will want to work with in Carson City.
I also knew I wanted to meet as many residents as possible, listen to what they had to say, and run a successful campaign to maintain integrity and responsive leadership in Assembly District 21.
For those of you I have already met, thank you again for being so receptive to my questions, offering answers, and embracing a new vision for our state.
I have found it very encouraging to learn so many residents want our state government to be more accountable. I want to represent our interests with a strong voice on issues like a smaller and more responsible government, low taxes and keeping Nevada business friendly; as well as district issues such as homeowner's rights, accountable education, and concerns for seniors.
I look forward to meeting with you to discuss your concerns. If you would like to contact me before we have a chance to meet, please call me at 702-239-5718, or by e-mail, kris@electmunn.org
